Tara is a Pilates instructor savant who is helping me get a more balanced, coordinated, and fit body.  In our private sessions she creates balanced, effective sessions that work my whole body but also focus on areas that need more strengthening than others.  It is amazing to work with her – she is so detail-oriented that she can spot an imbalance from ten feet away!  We are working virtually right now (FaceTime), due to the pandemic, and Tara can see right through the phone video and finds when my heel is not completely centered or properly weighted or when a muscle is not activated as it should be.  I am grateful for the excellent workout I am getting working with her from home on my mat, with just minimal props.
